The Discovery Package is four 50-minute calls with me, built to do one thing: give you an honest, current picture of where your firm actually stands — financially, strategically, and competitively — before you spend another dollar guessing.

 7 — FAQ

Q: Do the four calls need to be weekly?
A: You're busy and David is busy, so it's best to set and stick to a 4-call schedule, same day of the week and same time for four consecutive weeks. Flexibility is always offered in the event of unexpected conflicts .

Q: What if I'm not sure this is the right fit?
A: Book the free 20-minute Discovery Call below and we'll figure it out together — no pressure either way.

Q: Will I need to provide materials in advance?
A: David will ask for up to three years of year-end P&L Statements as well as a Year-to-Date Statement. Some firms don't have accurate or timely statements, which is why this phase is optional. If you provide the statements, David will include highlights in your final Situation Audit report. 

Q: Will there be "homework?"
A: Yes, in most weeks David will have a questionnaire or other simple assignment for you to complete or think about. 

Q: How are the calls created? Are they video calls?
A: You will receive simple calendar invites to a video call on Google Meet. You do not have to be a Google account holder to join. 

Q: How soon after purchasing does the first call typically occur?
A: Simply complete your purchase below and David will reach out to you by email within one business day. The first official 50-minute session will be scheduled within a week. 

Q: What if I decide I'd like to continue with the sessions after the first four?
A: This option depends on David's schedule, but existing clients always receive the highest priority when openings are available.
