In 2003, I was happily teaching business strategy at the University of Texas. I thought that's what I would do forever. But then, I wrote a book that was "discovered" by an interior design association which asked me to present the material to their chapters nationwide.

To my surprise, I fell in love with your crazy, complex business and began working with designers as a coach and consultant. As I helped them, I created courses and reports to share these proven methods. Fast forward twenty years later, and I had:

• Created more than 40 live events throughout North America, events attended by over 4,300 designers;
• Worked closely with over 450 design firm principals (small and large) through a "best practices" network;
• Personally completed comprehensive consulting analyses for more than 130 firms; 
• Created 100s of hours of videos and 1000s of pages of special reports, case studies, and books. 

Now, rather than watch these resources gather dust on my shelves, I'm giving them all away.
